皮革防霉剂

Specification

    概述

皮革防霉抗菌剂 AEM5700-PF-3，用于皮料的防霉抗菌，可赋予被处理后的皮料品优越的耐久的防护微生物功能。 可以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长皮料的使用寿命，保障相关产品的品质。

皮革中含有大量的油脂、糖类、胶原蛋白、游离氨基酸，给霉微生物提供了丰富的营养，大大加快了微生物的生长 繁殖，让皮革产品发霉、发臭，遭受分解，失去光泽，韧性，耐用等价值。AEM5700-PF-3 是根据皮革、霉菌生长繁 殖特点，研发出的皮革防霉剂，可对皮革起到很好的保护作用，可防止其发霉、发臭。

     

    适用范围

◎真皮，猪皮、牛皮、羊皮


    使用方法

1.在皮料加脂工艺过程中添加；

2.建议添加量为加脂剂重量的 0.3%-0.5%。


    温馨提示

1.本产品使用时，不能用手直接接触，以免产生皮肤接触过敏，操作过程中请佩戴口罩和橡胶手套；

2.若不慎接触皮肤，请及时用肥皂水清洗 15 分钟；

3.与其它助剂拼用前，必须通过预备实验，充分确认与拼用药剂的相容性和无反应性；
