    Application Scope

Bio Armor anti-mold chip is mainly use for leather, clothing, furniture, fitting, artificial products, sports products, light industry and so on.

    Usage Method

1.Cut according to imaginary line on the top with scissor, please notice don’t cut away the below self-close mouth, or can’t preserve the left products.

2.Wear a respirator, don’t get too close, open the aluminium foil bag, take anti-mold chip, and put it into the dedicated anti-mold chip box.

3.When do the last packing for shoes products, cut a anti-mold chip with scissor and paste it on packing bag or in shoe box, it is better if don’t tear the anti-mold chip.

4.The anti-mold chip should be suggested to put close to the easy-mildew place, and should be away from the hole on the shoe box, it can be also put in the PE bag if have.

5.Close the shoe box and don’t open it after putting the anti-mold chip in.

6.The quantity and size usage of anti-mold chip is depend on the shoe box size and air moisture. Normal standard: women’s shoes, men’s shoes and sports shoes usually use 1 piece, but boots, easy-mildew place should be suggested 2 pieces. The size of the anti-mold chip should according to the shoes size.

7.The anti-mold chip can be preserve 1 year if it is not open, and should use if it is open. If the open one is not use out, it should be closed with tape, preserve in dry environment. Avoid direct sunshine, and should be use in 1-2 weeks.

8.The environment will be change if the shoe box or packing bag is open, new microbial will in, so it is better to change anti-mold chip.

9.If there’s no use of anti-mold chip before, and the shoes have got moldy before delivery, clean all the mildew which can be seen, it it better to spray it repeatedly with strong anti-mold gel, pack it after total dry also put 2 pieces anti-mold chips.

    Reminder

1.Keep the product dry or put efficient desiccant for the products which are easy to rust corrosion, for example, rusted metal parts.

2. After unpacking inspection, replace the new anti-mold stickers to ensure the anti-mold performance. Because there is a change for the inner space of box or the packaging that the new molds would come in and the volatile gases of the bio armor anti-mold stickers would escape.

3. The anti-mold stickers should put on the place which goes moldy so easily near the product.

4. This product is natural extracts which meet the safety standards of food-grade without any negative effects on the human body and show no adverse effects on a variety of materials.

5. This smell of the product is pungent, please strengthen the use of workplace ventilation. Don’t let the stickers close your eyes, nose,

if accidentally touched, please immediately rinse with water.
