Usage Method
1. Please wear rubber gloves before using this product.
2. Preparation of bamboo and wood anti-mildew soaking solution: the bamboo and Wood Anti-mildew Agent AEM5700-2 was diluted with water at least at 1:40 to prepare the soaking solution. Generally use the immersion pool, according to the pool: length L, width M, the depth of water H: so the weight of water (Kg) = L*M*H*1000.
3. Put the materials that need to be treated into the pool filled with anti-mildew soaking solution and soak them for 20-30min to fish out. According to the materials and factory conditions, it is different. Materials and soaking time are different. For materials with high moisture content, soaking time is recommended at least 30min. If the soaking time is short, it is recommended to increase the proportion
4. If the interval of each soaking is more than 1 hour, it is recommended to stir the soaking pool with a stick to make the anti-mildew agent more uniform.
5. If the water in the soaking pool cannot submerge the wood, the water in the original pool is directly replenished with 0.5% of the agent, and then water and anti-mildew agents are added in the normal proportion. According to 1:40.
6. It is recommended to clean the soaking pool once every 30 days, because a lot of sediments are formed after repeated soaking at the bottom of the pool, which affects the effect of the agent.
7. natural drying (bundles are recommended to put on the cardboard or wood square to drain water) or drying (better effect), can achieve long-term mildew prevention.
